Dear Dr. Dick, When our son broke his nose last weekend we called two friends of ours who are nurses and they both told us to contact you. They also said not to worry that it was a Sunday, they were sure you would talk to us. Well they were right and we can't thank you enough. The fact that you spoke with us several times on the phone and actually saw our son at 9:00pm on a Sunday evening is still shocking to us and all of the people we tell. When our son came home Sunday night he sad to me "Mom, why did Dr. Dick do this for me, he doesn't know me and I'm not famous?" We told him you were a kind and caring person and you wanted to help him. It is a very rare occasion these days to be able to say that about someone, and our family feels blessed to have met you.
